Quick Step-by-Step Breakdown
(1) Line a pan – Use an 8"x8" or 9"x9" pan with parchment paper.
(2) Make cookie base – Mix oat flour, protein powder, sugar, coconut oil, and milk. Press into the pan and freeze.
(3) Make caramel layer – Mix cashew butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla. Spread over cookie base and freeze for 30 minutes.
(4) Melt chocolate – Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.
